Items that need extra planning
A piano does not care how strong your movers are if they have not thought about the turn at the top of the stairs. For heavy and delicate items, we look at weight, the path out of the home, the path in at the other end and how the piece rides in the truck. Mark them on the quote form so we can plan ahead.
Pianos
Padded, strapped and secured for the ride.
Pool tables
Heavy, slate-topped and awkward. We plan for it.
Safes
Heavy hardware, moved with the right equipment.
Hot tubs
Outdoor pieces that need a clear path and a bigger crew.
Gym equipment
Treadmills, dumbbells and heavy hardware.
Appliances
Refrigerators, washers, dryers and dishwashers.

Art, antiques and fragile pieces
Sculpture, framed art, antiques and heirloom furniture get custom padding and wrapping. A tip from experience: get a written appraisal of valuable antiques before the move, and do not wax or oil wood furniture right before moving day, because some products soften the finish and it can pick up marks from moving pads.
Before and after: custom crating
Some pieces need more than pads and wrap. Here a wall art sculpture went into a custom crate built around it, then closed up and braced for the truck.
